    Do you deliver nationwide?

    Premium Lifestyle offers transport throughout New Zealand at very competitive rates. We offer a depot to door service which offers our customers a stress free delivery experience and for our extremely rural customers we can provide pick up points from multiple locations throughout the country for bigger items such as cattle yards and horse arenas which helps reduce freight charges.

    When will my order be despatched?

    Items are despatched the within 1 working day upon payment clearing. Once an item has been despatched, we will be in touch with the tracking details.

    Who delivers your Products?

    Domestically, 99% of our products are delivered by Owens transport (www.owens.co.nz). We also are happy to work with customers who prefer to arrange there own transportation.

    When will I receive my order?

    North Island 3-4 working days, South Island 2-3 working days, Please allow 1-2 workings days for rural or deliveries to small towns.

    How can I track my order?

    You will receive an email confirming your tracking number shortly after placing your order. Your consignment can be tracked on www.mainfreight.com

    How do I order your products?

    To order products, simply contact us. We will confirm availability and send you an Invoice with all payment details.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept direct bank deposits, Bankers cheques, Layby’s or cash.

    Do you offer Layby?

    We offer layby as an option, 40% down payment to secure the item and 8 weeks to pay. Please make a note of this when emailing us, we shall send you an invoice with the required amount and the date payment needs to be completed by.

    Do your prices include GST?

    If a product price includes or excludes GST it will be displayed on the individual product page. If in doubt, please don’t hesitate in contacting us.

    Can I come & view your products?

    Yes, we welcome you to come and view. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.

    Returns & Refunds?

    Returns and refunds are only considered on products which are defective due to a manufacturing default. Should in the unlikely event your product be defective, please contact us via phone or email. Please note freight costs are non refundable.
